The BPM Festival takes place every year in January, in Playa Del Carmen, in beautiful, sunny Mexico. This is a special festival, and unlike any other electronic music event in the world. This year, The BPM Festival begins on January 9th, and ends nine days later, on January 18th. There are a number of important factors that contribute to making this such an incredibly unique event. First, there are no specific festival grounds. Instead, artists perform at various venues throughout the city. As you will see below, this results in non-stop parties, day and night, with some of the best DJs in the world. The 2015 edition of The BPM Festival is proudly hosting 80 individual parties over the course of the nine days. That is insane!! All you need to do is purchase a full festival pass, and you are granted access to all 80 parties. If you are not impressed by the number of parties, one look at the lineup will have you completely convinced.
Look at the lineup. I know it’s small, so click on it and all will become clear. Theres over 350 artists! Thats absolutely insane. It seems like (almost) every successful house/tech-house/deep-house/techno DJ is playing at least one party during The BPM Festival. Some of my personal highlights include Carl Cox, Eats Everything, Justin Martin, Jamie Jones, Solomun, Tale of Us, and the lists goes on foreeeeeeever. While the lineup as a whole is incredibly impressive, the individual parties are where you really start to see the insane depth of this lineup. The BPM Festival has just recently announced the full day and night schedule, reminding dance music fans everywhere why this festival is not to be missed. Peep the individual party lineups below, and either get to planning, or start saving for the 2016 edition of this magical, Mexico-based festival.
